    It helps me deal with my anxiety a lot surprisingly. I feel like a hippy but I genuinely enjoy the meditation and it helps me analyse my problems and find the root of it. Wow I’m embarrassed now but please try it.

    I’m grateful for discovering this Pacifica app, it’s in an easy-to-use format I feel comfortable with and also comforted when using it. I have tried other similar popular apps but had given up. I’m thankful because Pacifica I clicked with instantly. The daily check-ins providing opportunity to journal/log my daily feelings is a great idea, especially on days I can only manage to select tag words to describe how I feel. I love the free recommended samples for meditation-activity they offer daily too. Thank you Pacifica for creating this lovely app and supporting my mental health wellbeing..this app has also helped me get a decent nights sleep! Simply, the best.

    Not at all overwhelming; more an invitation than an assignment. This is my 4th day using it and i love the interface. Ive tried two other apps and this one is working best for me. I like that there are short activities to try, and they really make a difference. The other night i was going into a negative thought/feeling spiral and was messing around on the app; did an activity to reflect on events/thoughts/feelings connections, and was able to calm down and continue the evening instead of becoming hopeless. Great app!! Some features you have to pay for but im going just great with the huge amount of free material (i think most of it is free)

    I've tried a variety of mental health apps and the only one that stayed on my phone was this one! It's current design is very clean and organised. It's not too pushy and you can do things at your own pace. It has amazing tools, I just love it, it's truly helping me to be a best version of myself

    It looked promising but I couldn't get passed the option to accept random alerts. Screen went blank. Tried to delete and reinstall but the same happens.

    I really love for this app I use it everyday ! It’s fun you meet new people and find ways to cope with your stress and anxiety's or whatever your problems are . It helps you relax . It’s open to all ages to . You find new ways to make your life better and over come your troubles . I would love to say thank you to this app aswell because I struggle with stress and it’s been making me see the positive vue on things thank you . You changed my life ☺️☺️☺️🤝

    This is literally the best thing I've used in a long time. I've had depression since I was around 16 (now 20) and this has completely changed my life around, I was sick of being sad and doing nothing about it. It's helping me recognise my feelings more and it's helped me to be a lot more calm. I've used headspace but this is more focused on depression and anxiety so I thought I'd give this a shot and I don't regret it. Going to upgrade to premium as soon as I get paid because I know it'll be worth it. The community option is great too as it reminds you you're not alone. Thank you so much guys! :)

    I personally have anxiety and this app is great at helping me deal with it when I need to. The only problem I have with it is that you need to play monthly to use some of the stuff but other than that it's a great app and I recommend it to anyone struggling with anxiety, stress or depression.

    Having suffered with anxiety, stress and depression on and off for years this app is a welcome relief. I'm currently in another episode and this is helping me stay focused while I am fighting to not go back onto medication. This is giving me something to think about as I can record my aims and goals and assess my moods and triggers. Keeping the mind focused on something other than your illness really helps. Highly recommended
