    You used to be able to see recordings data on your sleep etc. But now you have to pay - i am 100% sure the stats on sleep were accessible for no fee but are now 4.99.

    Only have the free version but certainly seems very effective. Would purchase the full version except it is quite expensive compared to other paid for apps

  • Room for improvement

    The app on the watch should be more independent. I want to set the alarm just on my watch. I find it incredibly annoying that I have to set it on the phone first and start it on the watch later. Also, when I first downloaded the app, the watch would wake me up with a nice vibration, but now it’s only the phone playing the music. I tried to see if I could change anything in settings, but I didn’t find anything.
  • Doesn’t work reliably with Apple Watch

    It should be evident from other reviews here, this app has serious problems communicating between the watch and phone. This is necessary to start a sleep session, and to sync the collected movement stats after waking. Despite updates saying they’ve improved watch communication, it no longer works for me. I can’t speak of the sync issues, I had a couple of blips that were resolved by force syncing. However, since the latest release I’m completely unable to start a sleep session from the watch. I’ve had to rely on starting on the phone and keeping the phone on the bed so it can track the movement. This makes the watch app complete pointless. Developer responses are just platitudes, they don’t even acknowledge the problem, other than to say it’s out their hands. I blame Apple too though, they obviously don’t test even basic functionality before approving apps, and don’t seem to care about negative feedback for apps in terms of trying to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Good but sometimes doesn’t sync with Watch on iPhone X. Wife swears by Fitbit but I’m trying to convince her Apple Watch is better but sometime let down by app and her Fitbit is showing me up a bit. What do you guys think I should do??!!

  • This app keeps waking me half an hour early

    Can it really be necessary to do that? If i ask it to wake me at 0700 and it wakes me at 0636 i feel a little robbed. I know its supposed to be smart, but if anyone else did that - there would certainly be some cross words spoken. The question is - should i persevere?

    It used to work, it lately in the morning it says “synchronisation failed” I restarted the Watch (serier3) so many ones I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled but nothing changed... can we fix this? It is an amazing app otherwise! Thanks !
  • Was alright until it stopped syncing

    I want my money back for this. It worked alright for the first week, although I’m suspicious of how it calculates sleep quality because it seems to have no correlation at all with how rested I feel in the morning. Now it isn’t syncing the nights sleep from watch to phone at all, and no resetting or off and on again or any other measure makes a difference. I should have listened to other reviewers who said this happens!!
  • Said deep sleep when I was awake

    I was listening to an audio book as I do most nights as I have trouble sleeping. I decided to restart the app after 30 minutes. The app told me it took me 10 minutes to go to sleep and that I was in a deep sleep !
  • Latest update is rubbish!

    My pillow app had an update 2 days ago to "improve watch and phone communications"... Since that update my watch will not analyze the data so I now have 2 days that I can't see how my sleep has been. Until this is improved I will keep my rating at 1 star! Otherwise it's an amazing app and I've been using it for well over a year. So get it fixed!

    Love the app. One thing I would like to see is more options on the data displayed in the graph, specifically ‘sleep duration vs ...’ rather than ‘sleep quality vs....’ Also, another suggestion would be in nap mode, to have the app wake you after so many minutes of sleep, rather than a set time. For example, if I set power nap mode, it will wake me in 20 minutes time, even if I was awake for the first 15 minutes! It would be nice if the app could start counting the 20 minutes once it realises you have fallen asleep, so you actually sleep for 20 minutes.

    Pillow does what it says and is well presented. In my opinion the interface could be simpler and present the information better. The most popular fitness band brand does this well - pillow could take note. For example. Can anyone tell me what 27% of 7 hours 13 mins is in mins and hours? At a glance. No? Me neither. I’ve no idea how much deep sleep I got last night because I can’t easily work it out. Auto record would also be a game changer. Could be better. Hopefully the dev listens.

  • Not consistent at analysis

    This is good when it works. But about 50% of the sleep recordings fail to analyse which not only is really frustrating but makes a mess of average readings. I’ve lost count of the amount of good nights sleep which fail to be analysed yet bad nights sleep do. To the point I’m not doing sleep recordings anymore. Don’t buy till they fix this
