    I needed an App to do an exhibition where we are selling stock over the counter and wanted to replace paper invoices. I looked at several Apps including Invoices to Go and about 3 others. However this was the only App that did the stock inventory with the invoices and at first glance appeared to do everything I needed. IT also does purchase orders. I purchased this app for £4.99 ($6.90) and also the back up for the same price which is an additional £4.99 (so in total spent £10 / $13.87). I used this app solidly for 4 days at the exhibition. Despite there being a few issues it was the best of the apps I looked at but its in serious need of removing bugs and cleaning up and it would be a superb App. In the end iwasted about 10 hours trying to make it work with only 15 products. IMPORTING YOUR PRODUCTS: I started importing the products with pricing first via CSV. Like most CSV imports they never work properly so you have to do a bit of manually fiddling if you can get them to import at all. In the end I had to type it all in manually which took a long time on ipad mini even for just 15 products. SUPPORT: As I couldn't get the CSV file to work I emailed support and they came back straight away and helped. In total I spent over 10 hours trying to make this app work. In the end support stopped returning emails in our real hour of need which was very disappointing having paid for the app and I had to retype everything in manually. DATA ENTRY: Its not as simple as just entering data like you would on paper. To enter the customer name it makes you goto another screen to enter the customer and then does the same for the products and its easy to get lost. Would be good if this was all on one data entry page to write an invoice Also on the ipad mini it was really hard to enter the customer name. The area you have to click is on is so small you end up sometimes clicking it 10 times just to be able to enter one field like email, first name or surname. REPORTS: you cant actually see the reports on an ipad mini as they are too small and if you try and magnify them the have too many uneccesary columns which means you cant see the product and the column showing how many items you have in stock so it's a bit useless if you cant see it all in one place. There are lots of panels and if these could be minimised then it would make things much easier to see with the option to remove columns you don't need on the report The cross tabulation on the reports do not match up and neither does it do a count of the total number of products sold by item it just does it by value. If you check your totals by product, customer across the reports and also the main screens they do not match which is a bit worrying. STOCK BUG: if you sell a product that's returned or someone makes a mistake it does not remove this from the total sale value or reduce the stock sold. We also noticed on invoices often it does not update the stock figures for the last invoice. PRODUCTS: there is a handy screen which shows Products but it randomly truncates the product name so you cant tell 10 different items apart on the overview screen. Not sure if this is a bug. I had to manually change the product name for every item as the import via CSV did not work this took a long time. SEARCH there is no search on invoices so if you need to trace an inv you can only see them by date ordered which is tricky if you don't have the time and date. You can't see all invoices by customer either. OVERALL: These apps are designed to save you time so you have to way up whether its better sticking to pen and paper until these types of app improve. If you have a lot of products and are lucky enough that the CSV file import works for you first time around then its worth it otherwise you may well spend a week trying to fix it.

    Very poor update. Changed all the settings previously setup in the app resulting in emails sent out with wrong currency, email log removed, only reinstated when complained about, clumsy app coding, they missed an opportunity to improve a good app, may look for a new invoicing app if doesn't improve.

    Should have read reviews, or taken notice of the lack of reviews. Needed an invoice in a rush, worked well until it said I had to purchase the full thing in order to get my invoice. AS SOON AS I PAID FOR IT, it stops working!!! Won't produce an invoice. Useless app. £3.99 for nothing. I want my money back.
