    The update has ruined the app - and they don't even reply to your emails when raising the issues. Contacted them 10 plus times and just ignored once taken your money.

    Just to add to my review below now the backup fails. Don't believe all these wonderful reviews of tweaked and data being rescued, it's rubbish. Was offered an update for this to bring it to 2017. And not pay for it as in the past. What a mistake! My back ups were not uploading so I updated. Thought it would be the only way and trusted the company. Surprise. Lost all my data! There has been issues with back ups before. Tried to view my back up and all my dates were in but one excersise in each of my workouts for the last 4 years showed. None of the others and years of hard work with no record. That's it for me unusable. Awful. Use another app or paper and pen it's more reliable. Great idea but badly managed, and thought out , designed, ect. I'm starting from scratch now but using another app. Can't tell you how disappointed I am. Oh and yet another update, the backup crashes the programme.

    The app had good graphics and easy to create your workout plan. My opinion on optional Extras would be video on the relevant workouts and information on sets and weights to use.

    Update to Review: Sep 2017: The problems reported in February have STILL NOT BEEN FIXED nor emails responded to. Feb 2017: There is crucially NO DECIMAL POINT provided in the Body Measurements section. How can we monitor our gains and losses if we have to round down/up (which renders tracking of no statistical value)? Secondly, it stores a different weight to the one you've entered. I reported these to the developers on the day the update kicked in ... and by three further reports since. No reply as yet. Nor have the problems been rectified (for several months now). This was one of my 5star apps, which I've been a religious user of for 7 years, but now it's just hopeless.

  • TL:DR Kind of pointless

    Although it gives you a fairly wide range of exercises to do, the amount of work in setting up your custom workouts and logging your information is kind of redundant. If you're a fairly active person and want to keep a good record of your improvements, just get a gridline notebook and do it the old fashioned way (and if you're not willing to do that, then you'll most likely get fed up with this just as quickly). Also having fixed workouts can result in plateau-ing so again this doesn't really offer much to a serious gym go-er. For newbies who want to find new exercises.... ok maybe yes, but has the same thing and their are plenty of other resources you could use as well. For £3, yeah ok its not bad, but whats the point of spending money on this when you can get pretty much the same from memorisation and physical note taking.

    This has everything you really need. A work out log book to record your workouts and instructions and ideas for different workouts. I've added lots of custom exercises too. However the app is very very slow in some commands. For example the app completely freezes for around 30 seconds after you've deleted a record in the log book, or after adding a new custom exercise. Various other aspects are also painfully slow and it crashes at least once on most days that I use it

    You cannot create a new workout, it shows you the workouts but there is no option on selecting them, it's an awful app, complete waste of money, try something else!

    Good and very informative. Stopped working out a while ago but just getting back to it . I have done away with pencil and paper for planning my sessions and easier to plan my routines for 4 weeks and monitor progress . Very good exercise ideas as well
