    This has been excellent. So simple. So brilliant. Over the years I’ve tried many workouts. This is the only one that I’ve stuck to and therefore seen results. It’s great as when you start it’s really quick and so you do not get bored. As time goes on you lift heavier and your rest periods are longer plus you start to do warmups for each exercise. Then you start to do auxiliary exercises but not to get big muscles but to enable you to hit your targets with the compound lifts. Obviously though the results are - big muscles. So nice to notice all over my body bigger muscles. It’s quite amazing. Love this. I have one request though - Can you make this for Watch too. It would be so so much easier to not have to take my phone out but to just use my watch to log the sets. I hope this is coming soon. Thanks for everything. You’ve changed my life!

    I have had a few periods on and off with lifting, trying to get into it and make progress, but I always suffered from a lack of direction, idea of what weights to lift, and generally had a lack of progress. However, after only using this app for 8 weeks, I have made huge progress and increased all my lifts by 50%. In 8 weeks I have gone from having not used the gym for months, to probably being in the best shape of my life, and being motivated to go to the gym 3-4 times a week because I see good progress each time. The app is fantastic, easy to use and you can use their website to find detailed description of form etc. Would 100% recommend this app.

    This app takes you through a 5x5 programme with ease. It's interface is easily navigated, guiding you and recording your progress - simple, but effective! Just wish you could spec dumbells in the accessory exercises!

    Great app. Use it all the times. This is my new and only routine. I still have glitches with the weight not increasing automatically for only some exercises and not others. Hopefully the next update will fix.
