    I’ve updated all “bug fixes” but since Apple OS11 update still can’t watch any downloaded shows when connected to TV via HDMI-lightning plug adapter. Not problem with other apps (BBC, Amazon, etc.....). Seriously thinking of cancelling subscription

    Literally no way to progress on the website to watch something on Netflix, all it does is tell you to get this app. Which, by the way, is no, not strictly necessary at all. Just like all other apps of this ilk. If I want to access Netflix through my browser, which IS absolutely doable, I shouldn't be made to do things your way. Congratulations on your oh so popular app. Look, it's so popular. Gee I wonder why.

    Just doesn’t have the FAST Forward button/toggle. Hope it’s added soon as possible. There’s a time delay when you press rewind thrice in succession. Edit They’ve now added it to the app.....👍 for that they get 4stars but not 5 as they need to add more latest movies. Movies are 2 or 3 years stale - they call latest!!!

    I do not see the point in downloading episodes or movies only to be signed out randomly and lose all of it! I love the download option but it annoys me that when I am signed out. I have to resource good ole’ amazon prime instead.

    This is THE best app available if you love movies!! I think it’s brilliant that it has a very separate kids bit to prevent young people from watching anything unsuitable. It is slightly tricky to sign up to, but quite simple once you’ve got a username and password. The one reason I’ve not given it 5 stars is because one minute it has all your fave shows and movies and the next minute they’ve all gone without warning and I find it very annoying when your in the middle of a film and return to it the next day and it’s gone. It would be nice to at least have an expiry date. Apart from that I ❤️it!!

    2017-12-13 – Bug Fix... BROKEN APP. CHEERS! Think I’ll go back to Amazon. APPLE app support for Netflix are just pages of "what if" questions. No way to contact via a direct message or email live chat but not if you use Safari or an iThing like my iPad. Really helpful. NOT! 2017-08-23 Bug fix leaves sound but no video. Really?? I want a rebate of one month because I've had enough glitches bugs having to restart the app pretty much every time I use it. Come on Netflix you're driving your customers back to the arms of TV companies who don't care about viewers and decent programming just viewing figures and ad. revenue. You can do better. So why aren't you? Bug fixed back to 4 stars. 2016 – I didn't think that it was still possible for an update to send an App backwards but here's one. 1) Won't let you in, or 2) You can open the app but you can't get past the user choice screen, or 3) You can get to the menu of available titles and browse to your hearts content but don't make the mistake of actually choosing a movie or TV show to watch because after a small spinning 'cog' in the centre of the page you get er 'Network error blah blah, please try later'. I don't have time later I have time now which is why I'm trying to use the service, that word is used advisedly, service that is. Get a grip Netflix or I'm taking my money elsewhere OKAY! Is that plain enough for you to stop faffing about? Let's see.

    The app doesn’t utilise the full screen/ capability of the iPhone X. I’m not sure on other phones but watching tv shows etc give black borders all around the picture. There should be an option to “zoom” the picture to full screen up to the iPhone X’s “ears” (not past them).
