Very handy time tracker, I like the email export which can be cut & pasted straight into the invoice
  • A brilliant and handy app

So pleased I bought this app, I do a lot of different sub contract work for different companies, it’s simplifies your working hours and can calculate your invoices and overtime at a stroke. Great all round!!
  • Great app

This is perfect for my use - adds up my hours and tells me how much I get after tax - great
  • Must have for the self employed

Version no. 4.1.3. pro. I used this app for a few years to track my hours, it does everything I need including calculating how much I need to put aside for HMRC. In my new job I needed a daily rate option though, the support team sent an email telling me how to do this in the app. Thank you. Great app, great service.
  • Useful but you can just use 21days

    By ahmenesia
The app is really good but just let you use it for 21 working days...
  • Great app

Had this 18 months and has captured my work activity. I would recommend to any hospital doctor needing diary data for job-planning. You do need to get into the habit of clocking into jobs and to categorise your work into different jobs, but it pays dividends. Your activity can be further categorised into DCC or SPA.
  • Very useful app

I use this app a lot and find it very helpful in keeping track of my time
  • Have used this app every working day for years

I'm a management consultant working at client sites and charging by the day or hour. Use geo tags for all sites and then forget about it. Export data at the end of the month which emails a csv. Would love it if there was integration with my accounts package Clearbooks but apart from that this is probably the best value app I have ever purchased.

    Brilliant app!
  • Too expensive!

    By Dario88ds
    It’s a nice app, but 9.99£? 🤦🏼‍♂️
  • Great but Expensive Backups

    By Sam Sowerby
This app is absolutely brilliant. After the 'Sked' App went down I looked for an alternative, spent ages and found this one. I work bank and can get OT after set hours each week and get additional payments etc. This app is so flexible it has everything I need to accurately work out my earnings etc. The biggest thing with Sked was the lack of backup feature. This app has it but it's very expensive to be honest, £24.99/year!! Not once, every year. Huge -ve! User - SamSowerby (for the developer)
  • Couldn’t work without it!

This App is excellent. I am an office based freelancer and charge by the hour to multiple customers. Clocking in and out is simple and the logs are easy to view in multiple ways. Highly recommend this!

This app is great for logging all work hours and relating over-time, it’s great because you can email the details back to your main computer. Has saved me time searching through all the paperwork to check my hours

I've used Hours Tracker on an iPad for a many years and never had any issues. I was initially disappointed when support for iPad was dropped but the iPhone version is great and well worth the money. Highly recommended.
  • Road man

This app is really helpful with working out hours and time and money.
  • Only improved with update

    By Photo-P
This app is perfect for me, it does exactly what it says on the box, I’ve been using it for a goodly while now and it just gets better.
  • Self employed user.

Great app. It took me ages downloading all the apps I could find for time management etc and this was the one I ended up paying for the full version and have not regretted it or changed been using it 2 years now and very happy. Well updated and works as it should. Take time to think about how you set it up and how you manage tags and you'll be fine. For me 5* app.
