  • best to do app

    By MrPitstop
A few years ago I tried a lot of ‘to do’ apps before settling on this one. It’s the best and has never let me down.
  • Notifications and sync issues

    By Oliy
This is a very powerful app with a slightly complicated interface so it takes some getting used to. Sometimes I don’t need the complexity so I use some other app that is easier to use. There are 2 problems with 2Do. 1st, unlike every other app it doesn’t sync in the background (despite being enabled in the settings) so if I make a change in another app or in 2Do’s own widget, I have to actually open 2Do to get it to sync. 2nd, if I don’t open 2Do for a few days I don’t get notifications anymore. I have a weekly recurring alarm but it won’t ring most of the time because I don’t use 2Do (anymore) on a regular basis. In other words 2Do is unreliable.
  • Ok but failed alerts cost me money

    By IMHO (Probably)
If you reboot your device this app won't give you alerts unless you have opened it since the reboot. Also happens if you haven't opened it for some time I found out the hard way! Be warned
  • Still doing everything really well

    By Gwyn Thomas
No problems and it does everything it was supposed to do in a very pleasing and efficient way. Update. I have now used it daily for a long time. It remains an indispensable app for my life and work and much valued. Synchronising is on opening not in the background which suits me and this has been stable and secure on 4 platforms (iMac, MBP, iPad, iPhone) using Dropbox which also reassures that the list can always be ‘rescued’ if something happens.
  • Superb

    By London Grind
This app has really developed to become my favourite. Flexible, useful and the developer has been releasing useful updates and for no charge, which is really appreciated. Great work. I’m now using this on the iPad Pro and please can we have the option of choosing the background colour rather than the blue chosen. It just does not work for me and is the sort of thing that would be easy to allow the user to choose.
  • Disappointing

    By RG Saling
So the feature I liked on this was the ability to set up a to do from an email. Good news - that works. Bad news - syncing between the app on an iPhone and an iPad via Dropbox doesn't- or at least, it didn't for me.
  • Great App Let Down By....

    By Radar68
Unreliable icon badge and TouchID unlock. More often than not there is no icon badge on the home screen icon even when tasks are due. Doesn’t update until unlocked. Which leads into other issue.... For the last 3 or 4 releases the TouchID unlock has been unreliable. Sometimes opening the app will prompt for fingerprint. Other times it won’t. No rhyme or reason. 2*’s until fixed.
  • Worth every penny - superb!

    By MrEastcoasting
This is a superb little app. It not only looks the part but is simple to use. Quick responsive and easily organised; all you need to do is get the tasks out of your head. Don’t be fooled though - under the hood it does everything you need it to. I’ve dabbled with other to-do apps over time but have used this app regularly for a couple of years now. Cannot recommend it highly enough (and I paid full whack for it at the time). Hats off to the developers.
  • Task manager to have!

    By AcademyNick
This task manager works much better than any other app used, and I've tried a few. Since using it I'm better able to see at an instant what needs to be done, when and whether there are any dependencies. Love it!!
  • Fantastic

    By Wessingtons
You will never get perfection but this for me comes very nearly close. Great work guys. Web view other than via toodledo would make this perfect but you still get 5 stars from me.
  • Easily the best

    By Early Urdu
There must be 1000s of 'To do' apps out there, and I have spent a lot of time and cash trying most of them out, normally for a month or so at a time. But this app truly stands head and shoulders above the rest, it's adaptable in every aspect to fill your exact criteria. Don't take my word for it tho, try it and see for yourself how the leading app of its genre outperforms all others.
  • Great

Best 2Do app there is. Sync works, workflow is intuitive. Worth every penny
  • Best App ever

    By Ulster2
All I can say is that I use it everyday. Amazing!!
  • Have been using it for more than 6 years...

    By Martinus 67
... And it's been updated constantly; It's flexible to how much you need it to be and I would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of buying a GTD.
  • Widget

    By Red Banner
Very impressed Would have given another star if it had the ability to show all lists on widget as I use it a lot on my Apple watch
  • Good but

    By Buster's Mum
It is really good, but I don't think I'm using it to its full potential. I could do with a comprehensive tutorial to show me how to manoeuvre around in it.
  • Superb

    By RickyOs
Tried lots of GTD apps and I find 2Do the most efficient and pleasing app to use for managing both my personal and professional life. Read the manual to ensure you're using it to its full potential.
  • Needs more

    By Grahamsl
I'm new to apps like this, needing to get more done without constantly writing and re writing lists. This is the first one I've tried and whilst I can see some benefit, one key function is missing... The ability to have hierachical items. I don't see the point of Projects if you can't include Checklists and Tasks which also include sub tasks within them. By its very title a Project is a larger group of items, but currently they are the same as Checklists and Tasks, which is pointless. Reading the descriptions of other to-do apps and this functionality seems to be missing from all of them, unless someone can tell me otherwise.
  • Good features but faills dramatically on sync

    By approx001
This application is perfect if it’s used on one device; but when it comes to be synced with iCloud or Dropbox faills dramatically. On iCloud / Dropbox - for 2 months use - between - MAC - iPhone - Apple Watch - If I add a reminder in iphone app - it sync with iCloud automatically - but doesn’t push it to my Mac automatically in the background - I need to open the app in the Mac in order to see that reminder. Same applies with Dropbox. The developers claims that the background sync works flawless between devices. In that respect I consider it a standalone app, but is not reliable with other cross-over sync in the Cloud. I understand that the MAC AppStore users doesnt read the information from here. Fix the sync. I am pro user.
  • What a superb App

    By Primetime 1
This has got to be the best app on the market when it comes to helping you manage your day whether in work or out. The new email feature is superb even at the low cost of £2.99!
