    This app is really helpful if you want to keep track of what you're eating! Such a wide range of food options to help you find what you need. Sometimes when you scan a barcode of an item it comes up with a completely different item but it's something you have to work around. (Example- egg noodles scanned as raw garlic) You're able to put together your favourite meals and make them into a recipe! Only thing I'd like to see change in the free version is that we can edit our recipes because if you make a mistake then you end up having lots of the same recipe in your contents! But overall and good app to help you lose weight. I've been using it just over a week now and I've lost 4 pounds ☺️

    Have been using for a few months. It’s ok but you need to be careful as the quoted calorie counts can sometimes be wildly inaccurate. Written for the American market, it loses some of its effectiveness in the U.K. It can also be pretty time consuming and frustrating working out a total meal; better to just add up the calories on packets/tins and keep a manual check. At the end of the day it’s only a glorified adding m/c or calculator.

    After years of faddy dieting this app has enabled me to lose 16kg in 7 months, healthily and without hunger. I’m based in the UK and whilst it doesn’t store a huge range of UK brands the ease of use and massive database of foods makes up for it. Linking it to the STEPZ app was simple and allows me to track exercise against food intake seamlessly. I’ve recommended the app to many friends and colleagues. Really good work

    Have just started using the free version which is excellent. Having used many types of weight loss app before this one is the best. I wish it synced with my Fitbit on the free version. Apart from that, fab!

    I’ve tried a few different calorie counting apps but they all seemed to make it difficult in one way or another, so I ended up not using them consistently and eventually giving up. I’ve only been using this one a couple of days but so far it seems ideal. The display is clear and puts the key information - how many calories you have left for the day - front and centre (although you can also customise what information is displayed and where). It can sync with Apple Health so it picks up my calories burned/steps/exercise from my Apple Watch automatically and adjusts my calorie allowance to account for my exercise. It’s really quick and easy to input what you’ve eaten - the barcode scanning tool is great. Basically this app makes it easy to track my food and exercise and displays that information clearly. You wouldn’t think that was revolutionary, but it’s the first app I’ve found so far that does it well. There are also some handy extras - I like the daily analysis, it’s concise and useful information (I was under my calorie target today but had slightly too much saturated fat - and it told me which food was the culprit). I’m not paying for the Max subscription so I don’t know whether those added features make a big difference, but the app just as it comes is really good.

    There’s something grating on me that I’m paying a subscription (coming up for renewal) and there’s no obvious innovation going on. Last update, 3 months ago. The one before, 10 months ago. Myfitnesspal is updating every 2-4 weeks.

    Have used this app and found it very helpful, although some of the listed calories do not match those listed on tins, packages etc. As long as you are aware of this and ament the amounts it is a fabulous aid to losing weight.

    I started using this as I found a similar app difficult to add my meal too. This app is quick and easy highlighting recent choices making it easy. This morning it has adjusted my calorie intake based on my loss so far to allow me to hit my target in March. This is just what I wanted in an app. I would recommend it to anyone!

    I can only lose weight by being totally conscious of everything I eat. This app allows me to log everything, it's easy and hassle free. A couple of years on, the same remains true. I put on weight again when I stopped being aware of my food intake and exercise. I'm now well and truly back on track.
