AutoSleep, simple but effective
Highly recommended, excellent app, just install the app on your Apple Watch, enter a few settings in the phone app and you’re ready to go. The watch app will automatically record when you’re asleep, no need to start the app each time! Data captured, very detailed and allows a great insight into your sleep patterns. App links with the HeartWatch app by same developer and apples health app. Can’t ask for anything’s more!
The app on the phone is ok.
But the watch app is very buggy.
I will use the switch on the watch app for when I go to bed but will sometimes find it went off half way through the night.
Usually to turn it off you have to open to phone app - which I have to do two or three time before it works (why can I just stop it from within the watch app).
Worse is that the app glitches whereby you can’t activate the switch for when you go to sleep.
I contacted support and currently the only fix is to uninstall, restart, then install again.
Problem is this keeps happening at least once a week. :-(

This app only worked once out of 14 nights saying I had 2 minutes sleep when I had 8 tried on 2 brand new apple iwatch series 2 tweaked everything it don't function all collegues tried it and all said it's rubbish, do not waste your money as far better apps out there !!!!!!
Great with Apple Watch
Nice design and good functionality. Works really well with Apple Watch, and as far as I can tell seems to track sleep accurately. Importantly for me, does it automatically with no errors that I can find. So good it should be part of iOS.
I love the app as I like to check how much sleep I've had. I've found it much more accurate than others I have, UP and Shine, and like that you can edit it, such as if you get up to go to the loo but it has only marked it restless, also if you know you were awake but very still, dosing!
It also logs it when you fall asleep in the evening watching TV!
It's usually the first thing I check in the morning (how sad is that!) but I meet my sleep target much more consistently than I meet my steps or workout targets lol!
Glorified Heart Rate Monitor
This App does not track your sleep! You tell it when you will be asleep and throughout that time window it tracks your heart rate and if you got up and walked off.
The data is meaningless, if you do move, completely awake but don’t go far, it doesn’t recognise you as being awake. If you wake before your pre determined sleep window elapses but just stay in bed, it thinks you are still asleep, meaning you can lie awake all night long in bed, and the next morning it tells you that you slept the whole night through.
Scarily accurate. Scarily bad design.

This app is so accurate it’s almost like magic.
Whether I wear my Apple Watch to bed or not, it logs my sleep time with almost 100% accuracy.
When I do wear the watch it delivers detailed insights about my sleep with the need for sensors under the mattress etc.
The downside is the terrible, terrible design. The user interface is confusing beyond belief. There are screens I can only get to by tapping everywhere and hoping for the best. Even the screen to edit your sleep, in the rare event the app gets it wrong, is so badly designed I can’t believe it made it into the app.
With a good UI designer this app could be a global hit, before Apple do it themselves with their newly acquired Beddit app.
Used this for 3 nights now. Does not pick up when you are awake or asleep at all. Had a really disturbed night last night awake from 4am and had to go in the spare room. Not according to this app! Picked up a bit of restlessness but not the fact I was up and about! Refund please!

So far so good. Comprehensive information, I just need to tweak it. It is fascinating.
Excellent and great fun
Initially daunting with all the stats but gradually, over a short period, got to understand the stats.
Really detailed and accurate.
The only downside for me is that it doesn't have a a wake up alarm. Pls consider this guys!

Really good app. There are a lot of functions and features here, which makes it look complicated, but just pick out the ones you want to use and stick with that.
Support is excellent - I had a query and it was answered in a matter of hours and a couple of follow ups with additional suggestions on how to get the most out of the app.
The best thing about this - you don't need to tell your watch that you're going to sleep. It does it for you (unlike some of the other apps out there).
Takes a bit of getting used to
But has lots of data... been using for two days and still getting to grips with it but better than 'pillow' app. This syncs well with Bluetooth on (I just turn it on in the morning and it syncs automatically). I like that I don't have to remember to start it too.

When I first downloaded this app it confused me, and I uninstalled and downloaded another app 🤔
Well... I came back to this, as others have said give it time and you'll learn what everything means... I guess they could adjust its interface to be a bit more user friendly as a lot of us are confused in the beginning.
So give it time and you'll get to enjoy it as much as us... it's very informative
This app is amazing. I downloaded it as soon as I purchased my Apple Watch to measure my sleep for the first night and I wasn't disappointed. It tells you lots of features like how long it takes you to fall asleep, how much deep sleep you got and how restless you were. Since using it I have been having a much healthier sleep schedule and feeling more refreshed

Very useful app to track sleep
It is not always accurate but works most of the time, even detect naps very well. I rarely have deep sleep it says not, it was me or the error in app
