  • Not happy with update. And now being charged.

    Started using the app and was finding it helpful. But after the last update the tracks would stop playing when my phone auto locked. Not wanting to turn that feature of my phone off I tried removing the app and redownloading. It now wants to charge me for any content past week 1. Really disappointed as I have (paid for) the book and was finding the app a much more useful way of doing the meditations as I don’t have a CD player.

    I have been using this resource for a number of years. The voice-over for the meditations is very calming. The resource could be improved if there were quicker links to each meditation......but this is a very minor niggle. I'd highly recommend it for beginner and intermediate meditators.

    My wife thinks I am far more relaxed after just a few weeks & most of the time i do too. However i am not "cured" of all my stresses yet so persevering & trying to carry out my meditations as often as suggested. Definitely feel calmer immediately after a meditation but some are difficult to understand what is required so repeating them before proceeding to next stages

    I have been waking up in the night tossing, turning and finding it impossible to get back to sleep. I am now on week three and do the meditations every evening while listening on my iPad. It has made a huge improvement in many ways and I will continue to do regularly in future.

    The book and 8 week course are excellent but this app is disappointing as it seems to lock the weeks meaning you can't access them at a later point. Very disappointing- can see others have had the same issue.

    I have been open minded to the benefits of meditation for 10 years now I have been enjoying the benefits of practical philosophy classes which I still enjoy and attend. This is a fabulous tool during a busy day to get yourself centred. I would recommend this app as it is wonderful.
