    The system work and progresses but it’s a very limited set of exercises - I’d hoped it would add extra exercises as you progress but it just sticks to a small set of exercises which you repeat over and over again.

    Good app but needs more customisation options and ability to build your own workouts or swap exercises you don’t like, can’t do due to injury or don’t have equipment for. Plus it’s far too late expensive.

    Really good app. Would prefer if I could skip sessions; for example if my legs are fatigued because I’ve run the day before but I want to go to the gym I should be able to not do squats during the session and so something else instead.

    Really good app but please link it with the Freeletics Bodyweight app. I’d love it to record all my training rather than just the gym ones. Cracking “how to do” demo’s. Easy to follow and lots to choose from.

  • Great app, but feels abandoned

    I've been using this app for a year now! It works great and I've seen good results. It's the only reason I'm paying for the Freeletics subscription. However compared to the Bodyweight app it feels completely abandoned. The exercises are the same like they've always been and the UX doesn't keep up with the improved Bodyweight app:( If this keeps being the case I'll cease my subscription cause I feel like I'm paying just to improve the other app which I don't even use

    I love this app, it really is tailored well to your level of ability and the goals you wish to achieve. I find the subscription is worth the price, the app takes all the guess work and planning out of your training regimen. Would love to see some more analysis of the data you put into it and maybe a quicker way of searching for your PB's rather than having to scroll through months of workouts though. Other than that, top app!

    Great app for guidance and meet goals. Main issue which makes it inconvenient at times to use is the inability to save completed work outs when there is no internet connection. Another solution would be to simply log ones performance post exercise, however this isn't available either. Good service though otherwise!

    I clicked on providing feedback from within the app and was brought here. Pretty poor UX. Overall the app is ok. They overplay the 'coach', but it is worth the money. The UI is not bad, but should be a little user focussed. Finding a small button (e.g. pause or complete set) when you're gasping from air is not very helpful. I'm happy to recommend it. Hopefully they'll bring some enhancements in due course.

    I've been training for about 3 years.. was looking for a way to switch up muscle groups and get a more complete workout.. the workouts have great variety with HIIT training included, quad sets.. if, like me, you're used to 3 sets of 8 on all the compound lifts, you'll be happy with the variety this offers!! the other day I had 5 supersets of squats and romanian deadlifts, absolutely scorched my legs. Coach gives you good guidance, only a week in but seems like a really positive spin on my workouts.. Stretches and warmups are new for me as well, videos are helpful for all the stuff you don't know

    I use this app in conjunction with the Bodyweight app to hit the gym 4 times a week. The bodyweight app feels like loads more time and effort has gone into it comparatively. The gym app needs to link with the other apps and be as polished. I think that more education within the app is important as well to stop people following blindly bar generic pointers.
