  • Charged for free trial - BEWARE!

    I was charged for a free trial and they were unable to resolve it saying they have no control over the payments taken! Very misleading and disappointing. BEWARE! Also the app doesn't allow you to amend the plans and is not easy to use. Waste of money - don't believe the hype.

    I refuse to pay £15 a month on an app. There are apps that offer free services such as sworkit that probably have the same things on for a lot cheaper. Meh, don’t buy it

    Overall I think the app is great! The workouts are tough tho. I guess they should be if you want results so I don't mind it but I really wish there was a feature to select specific dates for your shopping list.. and sometimes I feel like swapping my meal for something I had the day before and I can't do that on the app :( maybe I'm not supposed too 🤔😬

    I love this app! So amazing, did the week trial and after doing so many different work dvds and apps this was the best one I’ve used. Unfortunately and to end it as I couldn’t afford it. £15 per month or £49 for 3 hopefully when my money gets better can get it again

    I find this app really good, I don't know what people are worrying about. Yes you have a free trial and then yes if you don't cancel it will take out the money like most free trials ... however cancelling on an iPhone is really really easy, you can do it on your actual phone in settings store and managing subscribtions! I love this app, it's never crashed on me , I use it whilst in the gym and it's the easiest hiit/timer app I've used. You see real results, it's taken me a while to notice as I guess I was "slimmer" anyway, but wanted to tone, but now 8 weeks in I'm seeing differences. I guess my only moan would be that since subscribing I've seen students can get a discount for a certain time, which I didn't know before signing up, but I also don't think £15 is unreasonable - it's cheaper than a gym membership! And tells you what to eat to see best results ! although it doesn't stop that little devil in your head telling you to reach for the chocolate afternoons at work! (I'm working on that) 5 stars from me !

    App was ok- didn't think it was worth the monthly price. Recommend only if you are a basic beginner. I cancelled my membership on the app and deleted the app. I didn't realize you had to also cancel the subscription on ITUNES STORE also. I have been charged for another month without even having the app. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU ARE CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

    I am genuinely very impressed with this app! It has loads of negative reviews so I wasn't expecting it to be amazing but it really is! I love how you can switch from the vegetarian, vegan and standard guides. I have the bbg1 guides but have been too lazy to start them. But paying weekly for the app gives the extra motivation to get going and keep it up! Love the glasses of water feature and reminders. Good work! Ps nothing good is for free you get what you pay for.
