    I love it, it includes exercise and diet whilst still remaining flexible. I also like the fact that you can do exercise challenges during the week or try a little yoga. Well worth the money and more versatile than a gym membership!

    I hate going to the gym and I get out of imagination when it comes to exercise at home. With sweat I get very excited to see what exercises I need to do every day. It keeps me motivated as well. The recipes are very useful and easy to make. Worth the money

    Why on earth does this app not work when you aren’t connected to the internet!!??? It is SO annoying. Make the content available offline. Can’t even check my progress or record a rest day without the internet. It’s absolutely terrible.

    I'm 3 weeks in and love it! Highly addictive in making sure you complete the workouts. Not doing the healthy rating plan yet but that's my next focus. Worth a go and I can see why she gets results. 28mins does speed by 😃

    I downloaded this on a whim, having seen some of the Kayla transformations on Instagram. However, I'm now on week 8 and have noticed such an incredible difference in both my muscle tone (especially on my core) and my overall body confidence. Granted I run as well, but this app is a must have companion if you want something flexible, that gets you results and doesn't cost you a gym membership and gets that resistance training in! Fantastic!

    I was charged for a free trial and they were unable to resolve it saying they have no control over the payments taken! Very misleading and disappointing. BEWARE! Also the app doesn't allow you to amend the plans and is not easy to use. Waste of money - don't believe the hype.

    Overall I think the app is great! The workouts are tough tho. I guess they should be if you want results so I don't mind it but I really wish there was a feature to select specific dates for your shopping list.. and sometimes I feel like swapping my meal for something I had the day before and I can't do that on the app :( maybe I'm not supposed too 🤔😬

    I love this app! So amazing, did the week trial and after doing so many different work dvds and apps this was the best one I’ve used. Unfortunately and to end it as I couldn’t afford it. £15 per month or £49 for 3 hopefully when my money gets better can get it again
